The result of stringent safety regulations in our province has decreased the number of industrial accidents making them less frequent. However, injuries and fatal accidents still do occur and sometimes involve complex machinery. Regulations require that strict safety procedures be in place before anyone can assume the task of industrial repair or cleaning. Some of these regulations may include lock out, confined space and proper personal protective equipment. |
